Women’s Wellness after Cancer Program
The Women’s Wellness after Cancer Program aims to support women to get back on track after the completion of their treatment.
The 12-week program offers evidence-based information on exercise, healthy eating and health promotion, as well as practical tips and guidance. Facilitated by Health Professionals who are experienced in cancer care, the program will support participants to establish and maintain positive lifestyle habits that focus on regaining health and wellbeing.
Who is the program for
This program is designed for women who are in the first year following the completion of their cancer treatment.
The next Women’s Wellness after Cancer Program will be held online. This program will run over 12 weeks and consist of eight sessions.

A commitment to participate in the whole 12-week program is requested
This program will be held online, so you will need a computer, tablet or smartphone with a video camera (preferred) as well as a stable and secure internet connection.
To maintain your, and other participants, privacy, and to allow you to fully benefit from the program, a private and comfortable space is recommended.
