William Rudder Foundation Fellowship
The William Rudder Foundation Fellowship is awarded to an acknowledged expert in some aspect of cancer to undertake an educational tour. The Fellowship is awarded in alternate years to a distinguished person from overseas (Rudder Visiting Fellowship) and a person domiciled in Queensland (Rudder Travelling Fellowship). Visiting Rudder Fellows are appointed by Cancer Council Queensland by invitation only.
Knight Foundation Fellowship
The Charles and Mary Knight Foundation Fellowship was established by the late Mr Ross Knight in memory of his parents Charles and Mary Knight, with the aim of bringing to Queensland a lecturer in the field of Clinical Cancer Management from overseas (or from interstate if a suitable person is available) every second year. This fellowship is awarded by the Cancer Council Queensland by invitation only.
Sam Sciacca Travelling Fellowship
The Sam Sciacca Travelling Fellowship is awarded every two years, to bring to Queensland an eminent overseas fellow in the area of sarcoma. This fellowship seeks a better understanding of these malignancies, their detection, and improved methods of treatment. An integral part of the Fellowship will be the ‘Sam Sciacca Lecture’ delivered by the travelling fellow.
