Scholarship and Travel Grants

Our scholarship and travel grant program offers a range of opportunities for Queensland health professionals to develop skills and knowledge in cancer control.

The 2011 round of scholarship and travel grants have been launched, click below for applications:

1. DB Duncan Training Fellowship to promote international advanced training for either cancer research or clinical practice, primarily for allied health professionals.

2. ESA International Cancer Scholarship to improve knowledge in international research, diagnosis, treatment or health education and promotion about cancer, for medical and allied health professionals. Click here for metro or non-metro application forms.
   
3. Cancer Council Queensland/Queensland Nurses Union Oncology Nursing Scholarship to undertake international or national study and clinical review that is not generally available in Queensland. For Queensland licensed nurses who are financial members of the QNU.

4. The George Healy Cancer Education Award to undertake cancer education related to study/travel within Australia, for medical, paramedical or educationalists.
