About the role
Join our team and help make a difference. The Central Queensland Cancer Support Centre provides comfortable accommodation for rural cancer patients who are undergoing treatment and their carers.
You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the office and accommodation units are maintained in a clean, hygienic, tidy and well presented condition. Duties will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waste disposal and general cleaning.
This is a casual position.
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning and experience using a variety of cleaning methods and chemicals. We are looking for a friendly, honest and reliable person with the ability to work quickly and efficiently whilst prioritising tasks.You will also have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to empathise with cancer patients who are undergoing treatment.
