Did you know that 50% of cancers can be prevented by leading a healthy lifestyle? By taking a step in the right direction and running for a cure you will not only be supporting the 20,000 Queenslanders diagnosed with cancer each year but also potentially reducing your risk of developing cancer.

You can run/walk for a cure at one of Cancer Council Queensland's Run for a Cure events held across Queensland each year.

Click here for dates & locations.

Or you can enter another running/walking event anywhere in the world and gain sponsorship for your efforts by building your own online sponsorship page. Click here to build your Run for a Cure sponsorship page now

When can I participate in a Run for a Cure?

Run for a Cure events are held throughout the year, usually on a weekend morning in the months between July and November. For more information about your nearest Run for a Cure, please contact Cancer Council Queensland on
